Effective December 31, 2018, Direct Energy Business, LLC (“DEB”) agreed to purchase the Source Power & Gas LLC (“Source”) retail electricity customer contracts. In Texas, the majority of Source customers transferred to DEB in early January. All other customers were transferred to DEB during an approximate 90-day transition period from January to March 2019.
